Shipping Policy
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 4-6 business days from the date of purchase. At this time, we do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.
Important Note:
Shipping times may be delayed during peak seasons, promotions, or unforeseen circumstances. If your order is expected to take longer than usual, we will notify you via email.
Returns & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we accept returns of unused products within 14 days of delivery.
Return Options:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process a:
• Refund (excluding shipping costs)
• Store credit for future purchases
• Exchange for another item of equal value
Please Note:
• Discounted and personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return.
• Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Items that do not meet these criteria may not qualify for a refund or may be subject to a restocking fee.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
• Refunds will only be issued upon receipt of the returned item or proof of return delivery.
